It started with a manager who couldn’t listen to every call.
How it started
From the sales floor to a product.
The phone is where sales are won.
Almost none of it is ever heard. A busy dealership takes hundreds of calls a week, and a manager can listen to a few.
What we kept seeing.
A promise nobody wrote down. A customer who chased, then bought somewhere else. Finance figures given before the disclosure.
Larry listened back, by hand.
He marked calls himself, and wrote down the promises nobody had. The scorecard came from that, and so did follow-ups.
Now axleo listens to every call.
Each one becomes a job for the right person, and managers see where the money and the risk are.
Why we built it
Most calls are never listened to. Here is what we built for each thing that goes missing.
The team
Talk to the people who built it.
Aivaras Zablackas
Co-founder · Product & growth
Leads product and growth: what axleo does, how it looks, and how dealerships find it. Works with Larry to check every feature against how a sales floor really runs.
Laurynas Sarka
Co-founder · Sales
Has run a UK dealership sales floor. Reviewed calls by hand and kept finding promises nobody had written down. The scorecard and the follow-up cases come from that work.
Louay Faraj
Co-founder · Engineering & AI
Builds the AI and the systems under it: call analysis, scoring, cases and Leo. Owns data protection: hosted in London, kept apart for every dealership, never used to train AI.

Three promises
You stay in charge. axleo never acts on its own.
01
A person decides
axleo shows a manager the moment in the call. The manager decides what it means.
Here’s a draft for Ryan. Your team decides what gets sent.
Hi Ryan, I’m sorry the colour you chose has been delayed. Could I ring you this afternoon?
02
Leo drafts, your team sends
Leo writes the draft. Nothing reaches a customer unless a person sends it.
03
Your calls stay yours
Kept apart from every other dealership’s, and never used to train AI.
